Frankie's Red Dragon Fruit/Pitaya Mature Cutting 2-piece 1-ft Long

You will receive two cuttings from a mature Frankie's Red dragon fruit vine which is fruiting already. Minimum 1-foot long. Mother plant is grown in California and has fruited for many years.

• Beautiful orange fruit w/ pink flesh. Very RARE!

• Sweet, pleasant taste. 

• Beautiful flowers, supposed to be self-pollinating (still need hand pollination for best results).

• Flowers and fruits ripen later than other dragon fruits so it can extend the season.

• Beware that this variety is susceptible to fungus so the cuttings are not as healthy-looking as other varieties, however it doesn't seem to affect fruiting or growth (it's naturally slower growing). Look at the pics carefully before you order.

Dragon fruit vines need well-draining soil and can be grown well in containers/pots. Cactus mix, or any potting mix with added perlite/pumice or other porous materials work well.
