How We Do It

1. General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses within the continental U.S. 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Scions have $6 flat shipping fee. Shipping for live plants varies by size of the plant.

5. Damaged Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

OUR RETURN POLICY

1. Return Policy Overview:

We take pride in the quality and condition of our rare fruit tree cuttings. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases where the product is damaged during shipping.

2. Damaged Items (scions only):

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipping, please report the damage to us within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Include photographs and a detailed description of the damage. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items at no additional cost to you.

2.1 Reporting Damage To report damaged items, please contact us at [contact information] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the damage

  • Photographic evidence of the damage

2.2. Replacement Process:

Once we have received your damage report and validated your claim, we will process the replacement of your damaged items. We aim to dispatch the replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability. If the same product is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
